Railroad Square Concept Master Plan, Santa Rosa, CA
Conducted due diligence study for the development of this station
area in historic Railroad Square in Santa Rosa. Conducted an urban
design study of the station area and assisted with the development
of master plan concepts for the commuter rail station. Facilitated
the public involvement process for planning of a mixed-use development
within the station area.
City of 10,000 Buddhas, Ukiah, CA*
Developed illustrations, assisted with master plan concepts, conducted
peer review of the environmental process, and planned and implemented
the public involvement process for development of a 230-acre Buddhist
monastery and retreat center in Mendocino County, CA.
Residential subdivision in Santa Cruz County, Santa Cruz, CA*
Designed master plan concept for residential project in Santa Cruz
that preserved views, open space, and outdoor recreation opportunities.
Orleans Buckingham Subdivision and Community Center, Bucks County,
PA*
Developed master plan for this 320-acre residential subdivision,
community center, and golf course that preserved an historic farmstead
and natural site features including a stream and wetlands.
Marratxi New Town, Marratxi, Spain*
Designed the master plan concept for a residential subdivision proposed
as a part of the Marratxi New Town. The master plan accommodated
a variety of unit types, a range of open space amenities, and a
pedestrian spine linking the project to recreational facilities
and the original town site.
New Britain Landmark Center, New Britain, CN*
Developed alternative building massing and open space concepts for
this mixed use development located between the old city and new
suburban neighborhoods in New Britain, Connecticut. The final concept
won this architectural competition.
Anaheim Landscape Master Plan, Anaheim, CA*
This project comprised redevelopment of the city hall campus public
spaces and implementation of a landscape master plan for the neighborhood.
Research into the historic development of this area, including the
role of the Camino Real, was undertaken to develop design solutions
sympathetic to the areas agricultural past.
